Planar defects

Work of separation for Fe/Ag interface.

My research interest focuses on the planar defects, such as stacking faults and interphase boundaries in steels. I have studied the alloying effects on the stacking fault energy in austenitic stainless steels and phase interface properties of the α’ / α interface in ferrite stainless steels.
